Shipping policy

In-stock items are shipped by courier every day (excl. weekends) from our store in Dandenong, VIC.

Bulky items requiring 2 people usually are delivered on Saturday's. We will contact you to confirm the date and time.

You can also pick up your orders at our showroom: 73-75 Frankston-Dandenong Rd, Dandenong VIC 3175.

Please note, that custom-made items take 4-18 weeks to make. We will contact you once it's ready to arrange delivery.

Delivery price is based on distance from our showroom:

0 - 10km = $85
10 - 20km = $100
20 - 30km = $120
30 - 80km = $140
80 - 120km = $180
