What customisation options are available?
Almost all products in our store can be customised to meet your custom needs. You can choose from a variety of quality fabrics, leathers, timbers and stain options. Delivery information
In-stock items are shipped by courier every day (excl. weekends) from our store in Dandenong, VIC.
Bulky items requiring 2 people usually are delivered on Saturday's. We will contact you to confirm the date and time.
Custom-made items take 6-8 weeks to make. We will contact you once it's ready to arrange delivery.

Returns policy
We are proud of selling only the highest quality furniture made from top grade materials and all our products come with a standard manufacturers warranty.
In those rare instances that a defected product would slip through our quality assurance process, we will rectify, refund, or replace the item if there are any manufacturing defects within the warranty period (varies per product).
Please note that for custom-made items, we do not accept change of mind returns.
